JAILED:
Spain's High Court sentenced a Spaniard sent home from detention in Guantanamo Bay to 6 years in jail on Wednesday for belonging to al Qaeda.

In February 2004, Hamed Abderrahman Ahmad became the first prisoner at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo to be handed over to a foreign country for prosecution when the United States agreed to a Spanish extradition request.

Known in Spain as "the Spanish Taliban", Ahmad, who was held for two years at Guantanamo Bay, was tried at the High Court last month.
All the guys who were parading in the media about the guy's innocence and made him a bit a media darling are... hey! where are they?
