CRUSADING JUDGE GARZÓN has been indicted by Spain's Supreme Court over illegal wiretapping of conversations in jail between corruption suspects and their lawyers. Regardless of what you think about him on other issues, this breach of the client/attorney privilege is a very serious matter, and it's shocking how many people who denounce minor breaches in terrorism cases are now willing to give Garzon a pass, just because of partisanship.
